Fashion Centre, a division of Shopcentre South Africa (Pty) Ltd. currently offers one method of delivery for Goods: via Courier.
Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
Delivery Timeframe:
Goods will typically be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
If products are purchased after 3 pm, the following day will qualify as the first delivery day.
Delayed Deliveries:
In the event that the courier takes longer than the mentioned days, you will receive a notification via email.
Delivery Period:
Fashion Centre, a division of Shopcentre South Africa (Pty) Ltd. aims to deliver Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 days from receipt of your payment.
If we are unable to deliver within this period, we will notify you.
You then have 7 days to decide whether to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, we will reimburse you within 7-14 working days.
If you continue with your order, we will place a new order with the supplier, and the delivery period will start over.
Lead Time for Non-Website Orders:
For products not ordered via the website platform, the delivery lead time will be displayed on quotations and invoices.
Stock Availability:
If Fashion Centre, a division of Shopcentre South Africa (Pty) Ltd. or a supplier does not have stock for a specific item, you will be notified of the lead times indicated on your invoice.
Once payment reflects in our bank account, your lead time will commence. If funds are received after 12 pm, the lead time starts on the following business day.
Delivery Fulfillment:
Our obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver it to the physical address you nominated for delivery.
Fashion Centre, a division of Shopcentre South Africa (Pty) Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product after delivery to the nominated address.
Delivery During the Holiday Season:
As Christmas and New Year approaches, we recommend shopping early.
Due to supplier closures and limited courier services, certain products may be delayed and delivered only in the new year.
The usual delivery lead time may not apply to all products during the holiday season.
